Amazing company!! I ordered a travel size blanket and the quality is amazing, so soft and the fabric is really thick! Also came a lot earlier than expected! Will definitely be ordering again

Firstly, I must say that whilst expensive the blankets are lovely and so beautiful. However, the customer service does not match the standard of their products. We were gifted two beautiful blankets for our twins Nora and Neve. Sadly, we lost one attending a hospital appointment. I decided to order two similar replacements but the fabrics weren’t available on their website. I decided to contact them and admittedly they responded kindly and were able to use the same fabrics as the lost blanket. However the response time was very slow - then there was an oversight on the new fabric and font colour being too similar. I contacted them via an email chain from which they had already received emails. They ignored me. When I chased it up they denied receiving any email. They are changing the fabric for a small fee but the service has been slow and not particularly understanding. I hope they are able to work on this as their products really are lovely.

I bought a minky blanket from them and it was everything I hoped. Wat to say thank you :)
